P&P 900 Modular Wall Unit System by Michel Ducaroy for Ligne Roset

P&P 900 modular wall-mounted storage system is designed by Michel Ducaroy for Ligne Roset. This modular wall system uses anodised aluminium beams as a foundation that can be attached to a wall to incorporate a combination of cabinets, chests, shelves and racks to complete the unit.

This system consists of 5x uprights (one of which is not shown in the photos). Other components shown are 2x one-drawer lower cabinets, 1x three-drawer unit, 8x of the longer stand-alone glass shelves and 3x of the narrow stand-alone glass shelves.

The system offers endless configurations. 

Michel Ducaroy was born into a family of industrialists and contemporary furniture designers. He received his training at the Ecole Nationale des Beaux-Arts, Lyon. He joined the Roset Company in its early days of rapid growth. With constant access to insightful marketing and a highly capable technical team, he was responsible for research, development and design submissions that were vital to ensuring the company's brands secured a good market position. Ducaroy designed a range of furniture for young people and numerous upholstery models, settees, and contract furniture. In the 1960s and 1970s, he designed many pieces for the domestic market using new materials such as foams, quilting, and thermoformed plastics.
