Delivery Policy
HFOC delivers Australia-wide, and we handle everything so you don't have to!
We will arrange delivery for you within two to four business days of your purchase. We can arrange delivery directly to your home, whether within the Sydney metro area, interstate, or overseas. We have delivery partners who can ensure the safe delivery of your purchase. We ship Australia-wide and use a number of reliable delivery partners, depending on the final destination. We also have measures in place to ensure your product arrives at your doorstep on time and undamaged.
Our team of delivery partners have flexible schedules and offer very competitive rates.
For example, for Sydney metro delivery, the approximate rates are:
Two men and a four-ton truck cost $135 per hour with a two-hour minimum.
One-man and van service costs $100-250 per delivery, depending on distance, item size, and weight.
All delivery and toll charges are passed on at our cost, and you pay the removalist directly upon receipt of your goods.
We have limited warehouse space, so if you are selling items with us, we can discuss storage options as needed. We will perform minor touch-ups on items in our warehouse to ensure they look their best. However, repairs or professional cleaning must be completed before consignment; otherwise, additional fees will apply. We will discuss these situations with you as required. Our product specialists will ideally photograph your items in your home.

Returns Policy
Each second-hand item (or set or pair) is unique and owned by the vendor; therefore, we are unable to accept returns on any items purchased from us. Please make your selection carefully. Please be aware that all sales are final for all items, whether purchased online or in our warehouse. If you wish to reconsign an item purchased online, please contact us to discuss arrangements.
