The Lady Louis Pendant Light is an elegant, hand-blown glass lighting fixture manufactured by the Italian brand Cangini & Tucci (often misspelled as Yucci) and designed by Alberto Manzoni. The fixture is a direct artistic tribute to Valaida Snow, a pioneering 1930s jazz musician known by the nickname "Lady Louis" or the "Queen of the Trumpet". Mirroring this heritage, the pendant features a unique, 3-dimensional trumpet-shaped outer glass body. Nested within the mouth of this trumpet shape sits a spherical, satinated opal glass orb that softly diffuses light to reduce glare and create an ambient glow.
