La Rotonda Table by Mario Bellini for Cassina

The classic La Rotonda Table we have on offer is finished in American Walnut with crystal glass top. In formal terms, this table references the many “basic supports” created over the centuries in architecture. Its simple almost sculptural base is reminiscent of the works of Max Bill with diagonal support bars cut out at the top being used for its square cross-section on. The three legs are bound together with a surprising twist given that each block has been created using four pieces of solid wood.
