Set of FOUR Eames Eiffel Tower Chairs by Vitra (2 sets available)

This is the Vitra re-edition of the now legendary Eames fibreglass DSR Chair with its chromed 'Eiffel Tower' style leg base. It's based on the original 1950 fibreglass design of the first industrially manufactured plastic chair. In 1993 Vitra discontinued production for ecological reasons as fibreglass cannot be re-cycled. Thanks to recent advances in technology it was produced in collaboration with Zenith Plastics for the Museum of Modern Art's Low Cost Furniture Design competition in polypropylene. The Eames DSR Chair we have on offer have chrome metal base with white seat.
