The non-essential elements have been removed from the traditional lantern to leave a simple metal structure which acts as a support for invisible light sources. Created by the dynamic team of Rossi and Bianchi, the IPNOS outdoor floor lamp mixes illusion with function—and the result is nothing short of magical.
LED lights line the top of its extruded aluminium frame, which is anodized in various finishes. Transparent PC (polycarbonate) diffusers protect the light source. There is a driver on the plug; the on/off switch is on the cord.
