Queen Size Pillow Bed by Planet Furniture (Frame only)

Queen size bed frame handmade from solid Tasmanian mountain ash. Style was called "Pillow Bed" due to the multidirectional curves and pillow shape of the head. The curve of the bedhead was we believe designed to follow the contours of the back, making it very comfortable to sit up and read. This was one of the original styles made by Planet Furniture around the time they moved from Melbourne to Sydney in the mid 1990s. In 2019 the head and footboard have been restored by Planet, so the timber looks beautiful and appears as new. The side panels also present as like new.

Condition

This item is in very good condition. This is an item that has been used previously. The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions as intended.
